Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to schedule service and maintenance contracts, manage data entry, and oversee service systems.
* Coordinate service and maintenance contracts with clients and engineers
* Accurately enter data into the service scheduler
* Ensure timely receipt of check sheet documentation from engineers
* Manage service contract check sheets internally and transfer them to clients
* Collaborate with the stores department to provide necessary tools for engineers
* Maintain a holiday tracker for engineers to ensure resource availability
* Support management in implementing software solutions
* Coordinate client callouts to the main office
* Oversee calibration schedules and report key performance indicators
* Understanding of HVAC/Refrigeration/Engineering or Construction environments preferred
* Ability to plan schedules and coordinate with the engineering team
* Excellent PC skills and experience using customer-type service IT systems
* Effective teamwork and communication skills
