We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeping & Data Entry Assistant to join our small team on a part-time basis. This role is perfect for someone who is organised, accurate with numbers, and comfortable working with simple accounting and spreadsheet systems.
Responsibilities
* Enter and update financial data in spreadsheets and bookkeeping software
* Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks (invoicing, receipts, expense tracking)
* Maintain organised digital and paper records
* Support day-to-day administrative duties as needed
* Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information
Requirements
* Previous experience in bookkeeping, accounts, or administrative data entry (preferred but not essential)
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets
* Good communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently
