Customer Service Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service, while also leading and developing a team of retail professionals.

* Overall responsibility for delivering a world-class customer experience
* Leading and developing a team of retail professionals
* Coaching and training staff to ensure high levels of customer service
Responsibilities:
* Managing store operations, including merchandising and store presentation
* Preparing food and beverages
* Cleaning throughout the store
* Generating sales leads for the fuel card team
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years' retail management experience
* Proven track record of consistently delivering results
* Demonstrating strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop a team
