Job Title: Site Director
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Director to oversee the successful delivery of our construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate all on-site activities to ensure efficient daily operations and meet programme targets.
* Maintain accurate site records and manage workforce levels to achieve project milestones.
* Work closely with the Project Manager to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
* Implement and monitor Health & Safety and Quality Management Systems to maintain a safe working environment.
* Identify opportunities for process improvement while maintaining safety and compliance.
* Requisition materials and ensure deliveries meet specification and scheduling needs.
* Organise and attend site meetings to facilitate clear communication across all stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years experience in a Site Management role, ideally with a main contractor.
* Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related trade background.
* Proven experience delivering projects from inception through to completion.
* Strong leadership skills, with the ability to drive performance and manage subcontractors.
* Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication, decision-making, and organisational skills.
* Deep technical and practical knowledge of the construction industry and regulatory environment.
