Job Title: Service Manager
We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate individual to join our team as a Service Manager. This role involves providing exceptional quality person-centered care to residents, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with HIQA standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Overall management of the service, including provision of highest standards of service to residents and management of staff.
* Ensuring compliance with HIQA standards and implementation of policies and procedures supporting best care and practice in a disability services.
* Report and respond to complaints, in line with organisational policies and procedures.
Requirements:
* QQI Level 7 Degree in Social Care or relevant Allied Healthcare discipline.
* Minimum three years' experience in management or supervisory role in Health or Social Care sector.
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
