Housekeeping Manager
We're looking for a leader to oversee our housekeeping operations, ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience. As Housekeeping Manager, you'll be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization throughout our facilities.
You will lead by example, creating a positive and inclusive work environment where your team members feel valued and empowered to contribute their best efforts. Your task is to foster collaboration among the housekeeping and laundry teams, encouraging open communication and mutual support.
In addition to managing departmental costs, you will monitor inventory levels, ensure timely ordering, and maintain accurate records. You are also accountable for overseeing the quality control process, guaranteeing that all areas meet or exceed our high standards for cleanliness and presentation.
To succeed in this role, you must be able to work closely with other departments, such as front office, maintenance, and food and beverage, to achieve common goals and provide excellent customer service.
