With strong national distribution already secured and ambitious expansion plans ahead, the business is investing in senior commercial talent to accelerate growth across the Irish market.If you enjoy autonomy, commercial ownership, and building brands in fast-moving environments, this role offers real influence and visibility.The RoleAsNational Account Manager, you will take full ownership of key retail and route-to-market accounts, driving profitable growth, strengthening partnerships, and maximising brand presence nationwide.This is aremote, field-based rolewith regular customer engagement across Ireland and flexibility to work from home when not on the road and once every two weeks in the office.You will be responsible for managing the commercial agenda end-to-end — from listings and promotions through to forecasting, P&L and new product launches.Key ResponsibilitiesFull ownership of designated national and regional customer accountsEnd-to-end P&L responsibilitySecure new listings and expand distribution across existing customersDrive visibility, availability and execution of the full product portfolioLead negotiations on pricing, promotions and annual increasesDevelop customer-specific joint business plansDeliver successful new product launches and innovation roll-outsWork closely with distribution partners to optimise performanceUse sales data, insights and category knowledge to drive growthCollaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Finance and Supply ChainSupport merchandising and field sales execution where requiredAbout You5–10 years' experience in FMCG account managementProven track record managing major Irish grocery or convenience accounts (e.g. Musgrave, Dunnes, Tesco, BWG)Strong commercial and financial acumen with P&L exposureConfident negotiator with the ability to influence at senior customer levelExisting FMCG relationships that can be leveragedSelf-starter who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environmentsExcellent communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skillsWhat's on OfferCompetitive base salary €60k–€80k OTE plus benefitsRemote / flexible working with autonomy over your scheduleOwnership of high-profile national accountsOpportunity to shape growth in a dynamic, scaling FMCG brandCollaborative, ambitious and commercially focused cultureWe look forward to hearing from you.
