Guest Experience Manager Opportunity

The Guest Experience Manager will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, working collaboratively as part of a team, and creating a positive first impression for guests or visitors. Key responsibilities include:
* Using initiative to make decisions on the job and effectively communicate these decisions to other team members.
* Following established procedures when handling key contacts internally and externally, with discretion being highly valued.
* Interacting with all visitors and staff in a pleasant and efficient manner, maintaining the required level of reserve.
* Welcome guests, answer telephone calls, check emails, send out notifications regarding changes in services, manage diaries, schedule appointments, and events.
* Arrange bookings for meeting rooms, events, restaurant reservations, and provide administrative support to colleagues.
* Prepare quotations, issue catering menus, prepare and send weekly schedules for meetings and catering, and conduct regular checks for any maintenance issues.
* Set up meeting rooms, check meeting rooms before and after guests depart, provide catering services for the meeting rooms, and assist the restaurant staff during lunch hours when required.
* Meet regularly with the catering team to discuss and plan work for the week and highlight any upcoming events or areas that need attention.
