Responsibilities
Oversee multiple live projects across Dublin, ensuring delivery to the highest standard.
Manage project teams, subcontractors, and site operations from planning through to handover.
Monitor budgets, timelines, and progress, maintaining clear reporting to senior management.
Ensure all work complies with Health & Safety and quality standards.
Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
Drive team performance and project efficiency through effective leadership.
Qualifications
8+ years' experience in project or contracts management within construction.
Proven record delivering residential and/or commercial builds successfully.
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Excellent problem-solving ability and decision-making confidence.
Degree or qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
