Our team looks after Small & Medium size businesses (SMB). You will be a crucial member of a growing team that partners with SMB advertisers in a one-to-many structure, with the goal of activating, nurturing, and growing accounts in EMEA markets.
Responsibilities
* Be results focused, grow revenue, educate and lead strategic conversations with SMB clients and agencies. Identify and create compelling sales propositions utilizing internal and external data for clients in specific regions, industries or objectives that can be pitched en masse with minimal customization.
* Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends. Prospect, qualify, pitch and close new business opportunities for the TikTok Ads Platform. Onboard new clients onto the TikTok Ads Platform and set them up for long-term success. Develop strategies for prospecting, activation, and early-stage retention.
* Grow a deep understanding of TikTok's products, processes and tools. Demonstrate expertise in all matters relevant to your book of business, including escalation and troubleshooting to resolve client issues.
* Work with small and medium clients to optimize and improve the performance of their TikTok campaigns and identify programmatic ways to do this at scale. Understand their business objectives and determine the right course of action with a view on helping them grow their business.
Qualifications
* Previous account management or sales experience – internships/placements and academic work experience counts.
* Passionate about TikTok marketing, and up for the challenge of building something from the bottom up.
* Critical thinking, analytical skills with an entrepreneurial and proactive mindset.
* Team working skills, ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment with a passion for making an impact.
* Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to balance priorities and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
* Final year or recent graduate.
* Experience working with revenue targets in a fast paced, client-facing environment.
* Demonstrable experience or knowledge of the marketing/social media/advertising industry with a strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem; knowledge of the SMB market landscape is a plus.
