Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership Direct and oversee the activities of the production workforce, including Team Leaders where applicable. Plan and allocate resources effectively, ensuring team members are accountable for achieving targets. Provide training and guidance on equipment use and processes. Conduct performance reviews and address any team concerns. Mentor and develop team members, identifying potential talent for growth opportunities. Operational Management Monitor production workflows to ensure schedules and specifications are met. Enforce quality control standards and identify areas for improvement. Resolve operational challenges promptly to minimize disruptions. Ensure production goals are met within set timelines and budget constraints. Safety and Compliance Promote and uphold workplace safety standards and procedures. Conduct regular safety checks and ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements. Inventory and Equipment Oversight Ensure materials, tools, and machinery are available and ready for use. Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the supply chain team to prevent shortages.
