Operational Technology Specialist
We are seeking an Operational Technology Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, and secure operation of our operational technology systems.
About the Role:
* Maintain and improve control systems (PLC/DCS/SCADA), industrial networks, data historians, and OT/IT boundaries
* Troubleshoot faults and execute risk-based patching and hardening to minimize downtime
* Monitor L2/L3 switching and routing VLANs ACLs monitoring tools across OT networks manage Industrial DMZ jump servers secure vendor remote access implement segmentation logging monitoring on OT side SIEM collectors backup restore privileged access controls enforce secure remote connectivity vendor access standards consistent with IEC ISA 62443 administer OT accounts RBAC PAM certificate/key lifecycle uphold cryptography standards data in transit at rest across OT systems execute controlled changes obsolescence planning configuration management maintain evidence audits regulatory reporting support safety environmental compliance participate incident handling cyber operational disaster recovery exercises lessons learned maintain runbooks site documentation contribute continuous improvement
