We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our field operations. As a Field Operations Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance of a team of engineers, ensuring high levels of service delivery, and working closely with other teams to drive customer satisfaction and project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of engineers, providing guidance on complex field issues and assisting with decision-making.
* Collaborate with the Service Operations Manager to optimize engineer deployment based on real-time field situations.
* Foster a positive team environment focused on excellence and continuous improvement.
* Work with technical specialists to resolve escalated issues.
Customer Engagement:
* Act as a key point of contact for customer queries.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
* Conduct customer feedback sessions and implement service improvements.
Compliance & Safety:
* Ensure all service activities comply with health and safety regulations and medical device standards.
* Maintain detailed records of all service activities.
Reporting:
* Provide regular updates and reports on field operations and service performance.
* Track key performance indicators (KPIs).
