About the Role:
The successful candidate will act as the HR lead building relationships with employees, managers and senior management. This role involves managing employee relations including disciplinary actions, grievances, conflict resolution and escalation of issues where necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the HR lead building relationships with employees, managers and senior management.
* Manage employee relations, including disciplinary actions, grievances, conflict resolution and escalation of issues where necessary.
* Partner with site leadership to ensure a safe, fair and high-performing workplace environment.
* Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training and development initiatives.
* Monitor absence and performance trends.
* Champion employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
* Provide regular reporting and insights on key HR metrics.
Requirements:
* Degree or professional qualification in Human Resource Management.
* Minimum 5 years' experience in Human Resources.
* At least 2 years in a senior generalist capacity.
* Ideal candidate would come from an industry background with similar requirements.
