We're partnering with a nationwide financial planning firm that is expanding its advisory team in Ireland and hiring 5
experienced Financial Advisors
to join their remote model.
If you're a QFA-qualified advisor who loves helping clients make smarter decisions around pensions, protection and investments – this is worth a look.
The Opportunity
* 5 x full-time, permanent Financial Advisor roles
* Fully remote
within the Republic of Ireland
* Base salary:
€60,000 – €100,000 (DOE) + performance incentives
* Leads provided
– no need to bring an existing book
* Structured support, compliance and paraplanning in place so you can focus on client advice
What You'll Be Doing
* Deliver high-quality
financial planning meetings
with new and existing clients (video and phone, with some in-person where appropriate)
* Advise on a range of products including
pensions, protection, savings and investments
* Build long-term client relationships based on trust, expertise and great service
* Prepare and present
suitability reports
in line with regulatory and internal standards
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, compliance and client reviews
* Proactively manage your diary to hit activity and revenue targets
What We're Looking For
* QFA qualified
(minimum) – additional designations an advantage
* Proven experience as a
Financial Advisor / Wealth Consultant / Financial Planner
in the Irish market
* Strong technical knowledge of
pensions, protection and investment products
* Confident communicator who can simplify complex concepts for clients
* Comfortable working
remotely
, managing your own schedule and pipeline
* Client-first mindset with a focus on long-term relationships rather than one-off sales
