We are seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our #MPeople team at The Montenotte Hotel.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage the smooth and efficient operation of the assigned Food & Beverage outlets.
* Assist other Food & Beverage outlets when required.
* Manage reservations for the assigned outlets and liaise with relevant departments regarding special requests.
* Ensure the highest standards of luxury are consistently delivered to guests.
* Conduct departmental audits to maintain consistency among team members.
* Communicate the Hotel's Vision, Mission, and Values to the team and incorporate them into daily activities.
* Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of service areas (front & back of house).
* Control the ambience in departments, including lighting, music, and temperature.
* Report defective materials and equipment to appropriate departments.
* Implement new initiatives within the agreed timeframe.
* Set and achieve personal objectives annually.
* Attend meetings as required and ensure management presence during peak service times.
* Maintain a high level of security throughout the hotel.
