We are seeking a Installation Co-Ordinator to join our Field Operations team. The successful candidate will be based onsite at our Dublin City Centre HQ and will be responsible for the daily planning of activities for our team of Field Installation Engineers. The Installation Co-Ordinator will ensure all daily planned alarm installations are completed and will contribute to delivering world-class customer service. This is a full-time, permanent role reporting to the Planning Manager at PhoneWatch.
This exciting and challenging role involves supporting the field operations in Ireland. The main goal is to ensure we keep our promises to customers by executing planned alarm installations daily to achieve optimal departmental output.
Responsibilities include:
* Ensuring all work orders are completed as promised to customers.
* Providing phone and email support to the field operations team and the wider organization.
* Managing daily tasks to maximize departmental productivity.
* Ensuring coverage areas are properly resourced for optimal service times.
* Managing and administering Service Power and Gantt planning tools (e.g., profiles, skillsets, user management, coverage, efficiency, leave management).
* Maintaining accurate records in internal CRM systems and planning tools.
* Preparing and distributing daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
* Reallocating tasks in case of cancellations or reschedules.
* Following up with engineers on deviations from the plan and taking corrective action.
Key Tasks:
* Achieving department and individual KPIs.
* Liaising with engineers to reschedule jobs and approve no-shows.
* Managing the unassigned jobs list to keep it minimal.
* Following up with engineers on deviations and corrective actions.
* Providing support via phone and email within set targets.
Requirements:
* At least 1 year of customer service experience.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Good geographical knowledge of Ireland.
* Highly motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
