Position: Permanent
Salary
1. €35,500 p/a
The Role
2. Manage Cash Flow and Petty Cash
3. Process Invoices and Purchase Orders
4. Manage Accounts Receivable, Assess Finance Charges and Contact Payees regarding past due payments
5. Manage Accounts Payable
6. Review Terms and Conditions of pending contracts
7. Manage executed contracts
8. Monitor Charges to Corporate Credit Cards and Process Monthly Employee Expense Reimbursements
9. Process Payroll processes
10. Other duties and support for Operations Department as necessary
Requirements
11. Professional Bookkeeping qualifications
12. Held a prior position in bookkeeping for a minimum of 3 years
13. In depth knowledge of financial software
14. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
15. Ability to communicate professionally with all clients, partners, and staff
16. Positive outlook and personality
17. Willing to pitch in and help others
18. Self-motivated, team-player, focused on exceeding expectations
19. Ability and desire to work both in a fast paced, constantly evolving environment
