The Staff Nurse Graduate Programme is for one year and includes a bespoke mentoring programme that commences with a gradual introduction to the role of the staff nurse over three months.
This provides an opportunity for graduates to hone their skills and competencies to join our world class nursing team.
Nurses who successfully complete the programme will be offered a permanent contract after one year.
