This is a rare front-row opportunity to work directly with the CEO of Nostra for one year with potential progression to a permanent role. You will see how a fast-growing technology business is built from the inside. You will be trusted with real responsibility, exposed to senior decision-making, and involved in the day-to-day execution that drives growth. This is not a desk-only role. You will be in the room where decisions are made and expected to contribute, listen, learn, and execute.
The ideal candidate will be someone who is starting out in their career who is looking for exposure rather than comfort. Someone who is hungry to learn how real businesses are built.
Location: Dublin - with travel across Ireland and occasional UK travel.
You will support the CEO across a wide range of activities, including:
* Driving to meetings, site visits, and events across Ireland.
* Administrative support, diary coordination, and document preparation.
* Minute-taking at leadership, operational, and strategic meetings.
* Supporting acquisition activity, including meetings, research, and integration exposure.
* Assisting with new business development and customer engagements.
* Helping prepare presentations, briefings, and internal communications.
* Being present at key moments as the business grows, acquires, and evolves.
Requirements:
* Full clean Irish drivers' licence is essential.
* Highly organised, reliable, and discreet.
* Comfortable working long days when required.
* Confident driving and travelling independently.
* Curious about business, growth, and leadership.
* Comfortable taking notes, following up actions, and keeping things moving.
* Willing to work hard, ask questions, and improve quickly.
