Technical Services Lead Job Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead technical services delivery, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement across the site.
* Manage a skilled team of technical staff, driving accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
* Operate and oversee facility management systems including BMS, Maximo, GMARS, or comparable tools.
* Ensure full alignment with GMP and health & safety regulations across all service lines.
* Use KPIs to track service outcomes and identify areas for optimisation and innovation.
* Prepare reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint to communicate performance and updates internally and externally.
* Build trusted partnerships with key client stakeholders, ensuring clear, responsive communication at all times.
Requirements:
* Proven experience managing technical operations within a GMP-compliant or similarly regulated setting.
* At least 2 years' experience leading people in a technical or engineering context.
* Background in mechanical or electrical engineering is advantageous.
* Strong communication skills and client-facing confidence, with the ability to lead meetings and represent business interests.
* A proactive, collaborative approach to team leadership and cross-departmental coordination.
* Comfortable navigating complex technical systems and responding flexibly to site demands.
