Main purpose of the role:
The main purpose is to coordinate and implement facility/utility projects and support facilities management program to deliver safe and reliable utilities/facilities for customers and business.
Main Responsibilities
* Create & lead the successful delivery of capital and complex Facility & Utility projects,
* Generate plans, manage associated cost constraints;
* Interact with Architects on matters relating to building services;
* Reviews design costs including equipment, installation labor materials preparation etc.,
