* Direct and manage customer sites, including people management, customer satisfaction, profit growth, and budget control.
* Drive a culture of safety and quality by setting processes and empowering safety ownership among all team members.
* Establish a culture of business growth by expanding market share and supporting sales growth.
* Cultivate leadership-driven organisations that empower teams to think critically and own outcomes.
* Build transparent partnerships with customer leaders and coach managers on best practices.
* Ensure continuous improvement and accountability by promoting KPI ownership at all levels.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Lead site revenue growth and margin improvement by expanding customer share and reducing service costs, meeting targets.
2. Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a relevant field such as business administration or management.
* 7 – 10 years plus of relevant experience in the semiconductor industry.
* Extensive expertise in strategic planning and business analytics.
* High level Customer Management experience.
* Demonstrated ability to build, lead, inspire and motivate teams.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and knowledge of management methods and techniques.
* Ability to set and sustain a culture of safety, quality, and productivity across all organisational levels.
* Process Improvement and strong decision-making skills.
* Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
