Sofina Foods is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our production team. This is a hands-on role where your focus on quality, efficiency, and hygiene will directly contribute to delivering premium food products to our customers.

Hours: Monday to Friday 07:30 - 16:00
Pay: €13.60 per hour
Your Key Responsibilities
* Cutting and trimming meat to exact specifications
* Adjusting machinery settings to meet product requirements
* Inspecting products for quality, including size, weight, color, and packaging
* Identifying faults and resolving or reporting issues promptly
* Preparing goods for dispatch, including packing, labeling, and wrapping
* Supporting goods in/goods out processes
* Maintaining strict food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
* Performing additional tasks as trained and required
The Ideal Candidate
* Strong communication skills with the capability to communicate confidently internally & externally
* Good team working skills with ability to participate in a team atmosphere through hard work, calmness, tolerance and consistency.
* Able to work within an agreed established framework and cope with pressure, taking responsibility for decisions and able to work unsupervised and on their own initiative.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to report accurately.
* Excellent people skills, ability to listen and accept and learn from constructive criticism.
* Tactical thought process, able to challenge convention and identify alternative ways of working.
* Relationship builder with the ability to build and develop strong personal relationships with the customer and internally within the company.
* IT Literate (relevant levels for scope of role).
* High levels of professionalism, integrity and ethical awareness.
* Determined and resilient, with the drive to complete tasks.
* Has a Passion for Better Food and for engineering maintenance.
