We are a food production and retail company with multiple stores in Wicklow, Dublin, Kildare, and Meath. We are looking for an enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen in our Central Processing Unit in Bray, Co Wicklow.
You will be working with fresh food produce and artisan ingredients. Our chefs are hardworking, creative, and team-focused. It is a busy kitchen with high volume orders. You will work closely with the Head Chef and Culinary Lead to develop and grow the business, leading your section and helping to upskill your team.
Working days: Monday to Friday, with Saturday and Sunday off. Working days may vary during peak times or holiday seasons.
Working times: Start at 09:00 AM, with shifts until 18:00 PM. Hours may vary during peak seasons.
Full-time: 40-hour weekly roster.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of experience
* Experience in hotels or similar roles
* Ability to lead a section during busy periods
* Knowledge of HACCP and Food Safety
* Attention to health and safety details
* Energetic, friendly, reliable, and trustworthy
* Eligible to work full-time in Ireland
* Fluent English
* Flexible with working days and hours
Job responsibilities:
* Prepare various products daily, including sausage rolls, meatballs, glazed bacon, fish, chicken, marinades, and mixes
* Produce dishes safely and timely, following standards and SOPs
* Adhere to HACCP regulations
* Support hygiene and safety practices in the kitchen
