Overview:

We are working with a variety of organisations across the events and hospitality sectors in the New Year and are looking to build a talent pool of candidates for upcoming opportunities. If you have experience in event coordination, logistics, or supporting event delivery, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role:

As part of an events team, you could be involved in supporting the planning, organisation, and delivery of a wide range of events. This may include conferences, corporate events, exhibitions, workshops, or marketing activations. The role is suitable for candidates who are organised, proactive, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist with planning and coordinating events from start to finish.
* Support on-site event execution, including setup, registration, and logistics.
* Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.
* Prepare and manage event materials, communications, and attendee lists.
* Monitor and report on event outcomes and feedback.

Skills and Experience:

* Experience in events, hospitality, marketing, or project coordination.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Comfortable liaising with multiple stakeholders and handling logistics.
* Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and event requirements.
