Job Description:
The role of Seafood Energy & Carbon Reduction Engineer involves assisting in the delivery and evaluation of energy transition projects funded under the European Maritime, Fisheries and Aquaculture Fund (EMFAF).
This will be achieved through the provision of technical support and expert advice to the sector in relation to energy and carbon reduction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting vessel owners to increase fuel efficiency and reduce GHG emissions on fishing vessels
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Technical expertise in energy transition and carbon reduction
* Strong communication and project management skills
* Degree in a relevant field such as engineering or environmental science
