The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in growing market share, strengthening broker relationships, and promoting a diverse portfolio of financial products.
Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for the companys panel of brokers in Munster and surrounding areas Proactively develop new broker relationships while nurturing and expanding existing partnerships Drive sales performance across the full suite of pension and investment products Provide responsive support and solutions to broker queries and issues Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services to clients Requirements: Full QFA qualification is essential; RPA certification is a distinct advantage Proven experience in business development or sales within the financial services industry Strong knowledge of pensions and investment products Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Highly motivated by achieving and exceeding targets Detail-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude Competent IT skills and familiarity with CRM tools Full, clean driving licence Tax/Vat Background is an advantage Skills: QFA RPA Pension Fund Full Driving Licence Benefits: Work From Home Performance Bonus Pension EAP Life Assurance
