Gallagher Ireland, part of the Arthur J Gallagher Group, one of the largest insurance brokerages globally, seeks an Employee Benefits Consultant for our Dublin office. This is a full-time position within our growing Employee Benefits Division. How You'll Make An Impact
* Meet and exceed sales targets by analyzing employer needs and providing tailored Employee Benefits solutions.
* Develop and maintain client relationships to generate and retain business.
* Build strong relationships with customers, delivering high-quality advice to foster loyalty and repeat business.
* Identify opportunities for client referrals and new business.
* Cross-sell Gallagher products and services.
* Monitor and report on Employee Benefits functionality and efficiencies to the EB Director.
* Provide regular updates on key metrics, new business, pipeline, industry developments, and products.
About You
* Proven experience in an Employee Benefits environment.
* Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) and CIP in Health Insurance & Associated Insurances (CIP-05).
* Extensive client-facing experience with a solutions-oriented approach.
* Deep knowledge of the employee benefits market, industry trends, legislation, and standards.
* Strong commercial awareness of the Irish employee benefits landscape.
* Ability to identify and drive new business opportunities.
* Proven track record in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
