You will be able to apply your clinical skills in areas such as wound care, IV therapy, palliative care, tube feeding and medication administration, as well as health teaching.
In this visiting nurse position, you will be travelling to each clients home to provide care.

What you will need to be successful Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario in good standingClear Criminal Record Check with a Vulnerable Sector Screen completed within the past 12 monthsAccess to a reliable and insured vehicleA valid driver's license and ability/willingness to travel within Brantford, Brant and surrounding areasProfessional Liability Insurance2 Step TB Test completed within the past 12 months (or willing to obtain)Standard First Aid and CPR Level CStrong verbal and written English communication skillsAbility to communicate in French or other languages is considered an assetAbility to work 3-5 days per week plus every third weekend, as well as participate in an after-hours on call rotationWhen you join our team as a Nurse, you will belong to one of Canada's leaders in the healthcare industry, with 250 locations across the country.
