We are recruiting for an Accommodation Assistant to provide quality service to our guests and ensure the cleanliness of all rooms and areas in a timely manner, in line with Forbes Five Star standards and The Red Carnation Hotels standards.

Key Responsibilities
* Providing each guest with the highest levels of Housekeeping service in accordance with Forbes 5 Star Standards and Red Carnation Hotels standards
* To provide a full service to vacated bedrooms and replenish stay‑over bedrooms
* To provide guests, at all times, with the highest levels of guest care and personal attention, where possible anticipating the guests needs
Ideal Candidate
* Have a friendly and outgoing personality
* Be enthusiastic and fully flexible (need to work 5 days over a 7‑day period, inclusive of some weekends and holidays)
* Have strong communication skills
* Demonstrate strong attention to detail
* Be legally eligible to work in Ireland
* Have the ability to handle busy situations and manage your workload effectively
