This role requires strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. You will need to have experience in contract law, construction processes, and project management.
About the Job
* Manage all contractual aspects of multiple construction projects including liaising with clients, subcontractors and management team.
* E nsure compliance with all contractual obligations and regulatory requirements .
* M onitor project progress reporting directly to senior management, including resolving any disputes or issues that may arise during the project lifecycle .
h3 key responsibilities include:
l i Managing contracts, ensuring timely completion within budget, meeting quality standards, projecting revenues forecast by aligning inputs costs into future plans.
