Job Description
The Person in Charge will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standard of care is delivered to service users. This involves developing and implementing strategies to promote independence, social inclusion, and community engagement.
The ideal candidate will have a strong nursing background or relevant qualifications in social care, coupled with significant managerial experience within the health sector. A recognised managerial qualification and excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are also essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* A Nursing Degree or Level 8 Degree in Social Care
* Minimum three years Managerial Experience within the Health Sector
* Recognised Managerial Qualification (minimum level 6 on the National Framework of Qualifications)
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
