Food and Beverage Supervisor
This is a full-time position working an average of 45 hours per week, across 5 days out of 7, including weekends and public holidays.
* Supervising a team of approximately 25-30 staff members within the hotel's food and beverage departments.
* Assisting senior managers with the supervision of the hotel's food and beverage service, which includes a large restaurant, function/conference rooms, and multiple bars (internal and external).
* Liaising with the kitchen team on menus and food-related matters.
* Collaborating with the operations team to deliver exceptional functions services for the property.
* Assisting with weekly stocktakes, roster management, staff training, and development initiatives.
* Driving sales growth for the food and beverage department in partnership with the hotel's in-house sales team.
* Covering duty management shifts within the hotel property.
Key Responsibilities:

* Service Excellence: Assist senior managers in ensuring exceptional customer experiences throughout the hotel's food and beverage outlets.
* Communication and Collaboration: Liaise effectively with the kitchen team, operations team, and other stakeholders to drive business success.
* Operational Efficiency: Assist with daily operations, including stocktakes, roster management, and staff training.
