Known for its strong culture of collaboration and innovation, our client is a respected leader in financial services, dedicated to delivering consistently exceptional outcomes for its clients.Our client is committed to innovation, collaboration, and delivering best-in-class service within the financial services industry.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the daily NAV calculation process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements.Serve as the primary client contact for discussions related to KPIs, service-level agreements, product launches, regulatory updates, escalations, and governance.Lead operational improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce risk, and align with strategic business goals.Manage, mentor, and develop team members, providing regular performance reviews and professional development support.Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders on projects related to regulatory changes, process optimization, and system enhancements.RequirementsMinimum of 12 years’ experience in fund accounting operations - min 8 years in Mutual Funds.In-depth understanding of fund accounting processes.Demonstrated leadership in managing and developing high-performing teams.Proven experience in client-facing roles, with strong communication skills and the ability to engage with auditors, clients, and market data providers.A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related discipline.Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skill
