Assistant Hotel Manager Role
This is a dynamic opportunity for an ambitious professional to join our hospitality team as an Assistant Hotel Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the General Manager and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
In this role, you will assist in managing the hotel's daily activities, providing exceptional customer service to staff and guests, and working collaboratively as part of a team to achieve common goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the General Manager in leading the hotel team
* Ensure efficient hotel operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house management
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar hospitality management role
* Proven ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
* Friendly and approachable personality, with excellent communication skills
* Strong organisational skills, with attention to detail and multitasking abilities
* Ability to motivate self and team members
