Our client is seeking a Housing Officer to take responsibility for the sourcing, allocation, and maintenance of accommodation and commercial properties, ensuring efficient use of resources and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities
* Source suitable housing and commercial properties to meet organisational needs
* Review, approve, and monitor lease agreements
* Allocate accommodation in line with company policies and procedures
* Manage property maintenance, liaising with external providers when required
* Oversee utilities (connections, disconnections, billing, usage monitoring, and reporting)
* Maintain accurate databases and records
* Carry out property inspections and address issues as they arise
* Prepare professional communications, reports, and correspondence
* Support with additional administration or ad hoc projects as required
About You
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role (e.g. property management, estate agency)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills
* Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-focused
* Able to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
* Full driving licence essential
