Role Description
This is a part-time, hybrid role based in Dublin, with opportunities to work remotely. The Assistant Manager will assist in daily operations, support team productivity, ensure projects are on track, and maintain communication with our recruiters and team members. Responsibilities include managing client communications, monitoring team workflows, and contributing to process improvements. The Assistant Manager will support the team in achieving operational goals and ensuring the satisfaction of clients and partners.
Qualifications
* Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to foster relationships with clients and team members
* Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to support operational efficiencies
* Experience in sales or recruitment, particularly in the medical or pharmaceutical sectors, is a plus
* Proficiency in digital tools and technologies, such as CRM platforms and collaboration software
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
* A bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred
