As our team continues to grow, we're looking for a Project Manager with a background in Civil or Structural Engineering to help lead projects from design to delivery — ensuring efficiency, quality, and strong communication every step of the way.
About the Role
You'll be responsible for managing the planning, coordination, and execution of engineering projects.
Working closely with our internal team, clients, contractors, and other stakeholders, you'll ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest technical standards.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced engineer looking to step into (or further develop) a leadership role, with plenty of variety and ownership.
Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple civil and/or structural engineering projects from concept through to completion
Coordinate internal resources and external stakeholders
Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets
Lead meetings, prepare reports, and maintain clear project documentation
Review designs, technical drawings, and specifications
Ensure compliance with regulations, standards, and client expectations
Proactively identify risks and resolve issues as they arise
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project partners
What We're Looking For
Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent)
Minimum 5 years' experience in engineering project delivery
Strong understanding of the design and construction process
Excellent project management and organisational skills
Strong communication and leadership abilities
Confident working independently and managing multiple priorities
Chartered status (or working toward it) is a plus
