This is a high-impact role responsible for bridging the gap between Finance leadership and IT delivery, helping shape the digital strategy and leading complex transformation initiatives across systems, analytics, and process automation. Key Responsibilities Serve as the strategic interface between Finance leadership and IT, defining digital, IT, and analytics strategies aligned to business objectives. Identify opportunities for transformation and co-develop business cases with Finance leadership to demonstrate ROI and measurable value. Drive vendor selection processes and manage vendor performance to ensure high-quality, on-time, and on-budget delivery. Coordinate cross-functional IT support and ensure seamless alignment of supporting services with program plans. Lead the architecture and implementation of IT, digital, and analytics programs that transform finance capabilities. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, engaging with vendors, research institutions, and third-party partners to influence internal strategy. Ensure the smooth delivery and transition of finance-related IT programs into operational support. Requirements Bachelor's degree in IT, Accounting, or a related field. 10+ years of IT/business experience with strong exposure to Finance systems. 8+ years of experience working in or leading global SAP or ERP implementations. Expertise in SAP Finance modules (FI/CO, BPC, Credit Management) and solution governance. Knowledge of finance analytics tools and platforms such as SAP BW, HANA, and Power BI. Familiarity with financial planning, analysis, and budgeting frameworks. Strong vendor management and stakeholder engagement skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to both technical and executive audiences. High energy, collaborative, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
