Human Resources ManagerFull-time, PermanentSalary from £42,000On-site role, with flexibility for HybridEast AntrimWe are recruiting a standalone Human Resources Manager to take ownership of all HR activity across two UK entities, supporting a workforce of approximately 40 employees.This is a hands-on, autonomous role where you will manage the full employee lifecycle, act as the main point of contact for managers and employees and deliver day-to-day HR operations locally.Key responsibilities include:End-to-end employee lifecycle managementAdvising managers on HR and employee relations mattersManaging ER cases independentlyCoordinating payroll with Finance and external providersOverseeing recruitment, benefits and performance processesEnsuring compliance with UK employment lawMaintaining HR systems, data and reportingSupporting engagement, audits and local HR initiativesAbout you:5+ years' HR generalist experienceExperience working autonomously or in a standalone HR roleStrong knowledge of UK employment legislationConfident handling employee relations mattersStrong organisational and communication skillsWhy apply?
