We are looking for a CNMII to work in our Bed Management department in St. Vincent's Private Hospital.
This is an 37.5 hours per week role.
The work pattern will require the candidate to work every second weekend and additional shifts.
Be registered on the general division of the register of nurses maintained by NMBI and hold a current NMBI Pin.
Have at least 5 years post registration experience in an acute setting with a minimum of 2 years at management level.

Experience in facilitating effective and efficient use of hospital bed capacity.

Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Possess an ability to deal with staff at all levels within and external to the organisation.
Good IT skills, with ability to use Microsoft packages e.g. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint etc.
Be enthusiastic and highly motivated with strong leadership skills Be competent using English language.
Must possess good decision making ability and a capacity for analytical thinking and problem solving Should have an awareness of the need for precision and a methodical approach A proven ability to work under pressure and use initiative.
A strong awareness of the need for confidentiality and discretion Have the ability to deal with challenging situations and to influence outcomes.
