We are looking for a Corporate Receptionist to join our Rapport team, based at our client's prestigious offices in Dublin.
Our client is a leading global investment firm, and this role is key in ensuring seamless office operations and a welcoming environment for all employees and visitors.

Type of Contract
Full-time, Permanent
Hours
40 per week (Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with flexibility as per business needs)

Main Responsibilities
Creating a welcoming environment.
The reception is the face of the business, setting the tone for guests and staff from the moment they step out of the lifts, and saying good morning with a smile.
Booking the client meeting rooms and supporting with the room set-up.
Assisting with internal and external events.
Collaborating with the Facilities Assistant.
Working effectively with the ground floor team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Welcoming guests at the reception and escorting them to their meeting rooms or the required destination within the building.
Working with other service providers to ensure the delivery of an exceptional service.
Handling all internal and external calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.
Always adopting a flexible and adaptable approach when dealing with ad-hoc duties as required.
