We're on the hunt for a savvy, high energy, dynamic and commercially-driven leader who's ready to steer the ship and lead our expansion.The Role:We are looking for a Commercial Manager who thrives on challenges, is agile, hands on and has a proven track record of driving growth. Reporting directly to the board, you will have a unique opportunity to shape the commercial landscape of our publican founded brewery and make a significant impact from day one. Initially part-time, this role has the potential to grow into a full-time position as we scale our operations and ambition. Drive Sales Growth: Partner closely with the founders to execute our vision, delivering ambitious yet achievable sales targets. Lead the charge in maximizing sales across our shareholder & non shareholder bars. Create and implement effective sales & marketing strategies that deliver brand growth & resonate with our customers. Manage budgets effectively while ensuring profitability, with keen insights into pricing and cost management. Develop a small high-performing team that shares our passion for excellence and results.Experience & Skills: Savvy, high energy, relationship builder, with lots of initiative. Proven success in commercial leadership roles such as head of sales, or general manager. Experience within the hospitality, or beverage sectors; beer experience is a notable advantage. Exceptional sales, negotiation, and business development capabilities, with a 'can do' mindset to capitalise on opportunities. Strong financial acumen and proven skills in P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting.
