As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in the execution and management of assigned projects. Your expertise will drive project prioritization, resource allocation, and external communication.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project coordination and execution, including scoping, resource planning, status updates, and stakeholder engagement.
* Collaboration with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and ensure successful delivery.
* Process improvement and innovation through equipment introduction, problem-solving, and equipment troubleshooting.
* Development and implementation of maintenance programs and spare parts inventory optimization strategies.
* Change control development and management.
* Participation in multidisciplinary site and multisite teams.
* Detailed specifications, engineering documents, protocols, and standard operating procedures development and management.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or relevant experience.
* Typically, 3+ years of engineering experience, preferably within a regulated manufacturing environment.
* Proven project management skills.
* Strong mechanical capability with hands-on technical experience.
* Demonstrated experience in regulated environments.
* Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, Change Control & Document Management Systems.
* Cross-functional collaboration and delivery of technical solutions.
* Solid leadership and teamwork skills, embracing an interdependent culture that drives results.
* Effective technical report writing and communication/presentation skills.
* Data-driven decision making.
* Ability to work under tight deadlines in fast-paced environments.
