Responsibilities
1. Develop the presence of the brand in Ireland and build a sales pipeline by proactively sourcing new customers.
2. Create value within the current customer portfolio increasing the volume and profit in the existing accounts.
3. Actively scan the market for business opportunities complementing the Company's growth strategy.
4. Cultivating new sales leads by intensive networking, representing are business at different levels (fairs, commercial representations …) and visiting (potential) customers to sell the Company's full services portfolio.
5. Identify and map the Irish shortsea market potential, considering the business needs as defined by the internal divisional stakeholders
6. Ad hoc projects.
Skills and Experience
7. You have a relevant logistics education and/or experience.
8. You have a solid knowledge of the Irish transport industry.
9. You have excellent commercial and communication skills.
10. You have a comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office.
11. You are prepared to travel throughout Ireland and occasionally other parts of Europe.
12. You are a flexible professional with the correct attitude and have the ability to think outside the box.
