Our client is a leading Venture Capital company who are seeking a Financial Controller to lead group-wide financial operations and support strategic decision-making across the business.
This role is more commercial than a standard FC role.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee financial operations across the group including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cash flow management Deliver timely and accurate monthly and annual financial reports Strategy focused decision making Dealing with Investors, pitching etc Manage month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring reconciliations and transfer pricing adjustments are accurate Maintain compliance with all regulatory and tax reporting obligations Requirements: Accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent)5+ years post-qualification experience as a Financial Controller Strong technical accounting knowledge and reporting skills Proficiency with financial systems and advanced Excel skills Proven leadership and stakeholder management experience Strong analytical mindset and commercial acumen Excellent communication skills and attention to detail What's on Offer: Excellent compensation package Opportunity to influence financial strategy and performance in a scaling business Collaborative and mission-driven environment If you are interested in discussing this role further, please feel free to contact Dylan Philpott at or
