We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced and motivated Accounts Administrator on behalf of our client in the automotive industry.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Manage the processing of invoices and credit notes.
* Manage the Debtors ledger and ensure timely collection.
* Manage all queries from Customers in relation to their accounts.
* Post bank receipts and payments to our ledger daily.
* Complete Bank reconciliations for bank accounts.
* Reconcile and post cash receipts for our dealership.
* Collaborate closely with different members of the finance team.
* Assist with the year-end audit.
* Cover various finance processes to cover annual leave.
The Person:
The successful candidate will have/be:
* Previous experience in an Accounts role is essential.
* Strong communication, time management and administration skills.
* Positive energy and attitude.
* Be efficient with a keen eye for detail.
* Adopt a hands-on approach and assist others when required.
* Good IT skills including - MS Excel, Word, Outlook.
* Experience and understanding of administration practices.
