Reception Supervisor Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reception Supervisor to join our Front Office Team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with 2 years of previous Hotel Front Office experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greets guests upon arrival and anticipates any assistance that may be required.
* Encourages the team to maximize room occupancy at best rates.
* Utilizes up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities.
* Performs check-in, check-out, cash management tasks, and account management.
* Manages online and phone reservations when required.
* Answers and directs calls through a switchboard to the agreed standard.
* Actions guest requests promptly and efficiently.
Requirements:
* Team player with excellent communication skills.
* 2 years of previous Hotel Front Office experience.
