This role requires a strong commitment to advocacy, person-led planning, and inclusion. A Recognised qualification in Social Care or Nursing is required, along with Registration with relevant bodies. Minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience in the disability sector and 3 years' supervisory or management experience are necessary.

Experience in residential disability services and managing challenging behaviour using positive behaviour support frameworks is desirable. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and a full clean driver's license are essential.
